SALON POLICIES

cancellations & rescheduling

I ask that you please give me at least 48 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the appointment to someone on the waitlist or another potential client. I understand sometimes things can happen on short notice and I'm happy to work with you on certain circumstances. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

A deposit is required to book an extension install and/or bridal services. This is non-refundable but will go toward your service day.

no-shows

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. No-shows unfortunately cause me to loose business and another potential client could fill that appointment time. In extreme situations, I will absolutely work with you but please allow me notice. My website sends out automated appointment reminders through text and email daily, leading up to your appointment. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. This is non-refundable in order to cover my time.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text to let me know. Most days can be booked back to back with clients and one late arrival can cause the rest of the day to fall behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

pricing

My color services are package pricing. In order to preserve product and waste, I use SALON SCALE to measure and price all hair color. Each session has a flat fee but if additional color usage is required due to additional length and/or density, an additional color charge will be added.

refunds & adjustments

I have a no-refund policy. Products are final sale and are unable to be returned due to sanitation regulation. If you are unhappy with your hair service, please let me know within one week of your appointment and I will be happy to do my best to work with you and make adjustments as needed, at no additional charge. My goal is for every client to love their hair and I strive to help you reach your goal. After the 7 day time period has expired, any further adjustments will be an additional service.
